What’s nacho-cheezy and dairy free?

A former cheese snob, I’ve been skeptical of faux cheese options.  But a couple of nights ago I tried the Mexi-Cheddar Dip/Spread from Wayfare Foods.

I spread the mexi-cheddar on a corn tortilla, added refried beans, onions, tomatoes, and a little fajita seasoning, topped with another tortilla and heated on both sides in a fry pan.  Topped with guac, and yum!
